12 Days of Loving Kindness Meditation Challenge
Join us for 12 consecutive days of loving-kindness, or metta meditation. This practice helps us train our “kindness muscle” and create space for more love and less criticism in our lives. Through mental repetition of phrases, we learn to gravitate towards a greater sense of compassion, appreciation, and acceptance for ourselves and others. With consistent practice, we cultivate new patterns in the mind that help us pay attention in a more loving and less judgmental way.
During this challenge, we’ll meet every day on Zoom for a 30-minute meditation, with 15-20 minutes of guidance and the last 10-15 minutes for silent practice.
Weekdays from 8:00-8:30 CEST and weekends from 9:00-9:30. Practices will be recorded so you can follow along at your own pace if necessary!
