Carry on burning calories long after you finish a workout with HIIT.  You work hard in intense bursts of activity with a brief recovery time to kick your metabolism into overdrive. All fitness levels are welcome in this 45 minutes class.
*You will need indoor training shoes and active wear that allows you to move freely.



This class is a combination between strength and flexibility. Total body cardio and strength training using a variety of equipment and body weight exercises for core, upper and lower body, followed by gentle to moderate total body stretching. No more “I’ll stretch later” because later never comes 😉 The class will create a different approach to body awareness, increasing your fit level and flexibility. This 60 min class is open for all levels.



Toning, flexibility, better posture, more efficient movement, the body-mind connection, each class will work to balance all muscle groups strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. It is a challenging and safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements. All levels 🙂
