Get Leaner And Healthier Faster With HIIT! Is your goal weight loss, muscle gain, or athletic performance? High-intensity interval training can help you nail it. Less time in the gym and greater results. Carry on burning calories long after you finish a workout with HIIT.  You work hard in intense bursts of activity with a brief recovery time to kick your metabolism into overdrive. All fitness levels are welcome in this 45 minutes class.
*You will need indoor training shoes and active wear that allows you to move freely.

 

FIT + FLEX

This class is a combination between strength and flexibility. Total body cardio and strength training using a variety of equipment and body weight exercises for core, upper and lower body, followed by gentle to moderate total body stretching. No more “I’ll stretch later” because later never comes 😉 The class will create a different approach to body awareness, increasing your fit level and flexibility. This 60 min class is open for all levels.

 

PILATES MAT

Toning, flexibility, better posture, more efficient movement, the body-mind connection, each class will work to balance all muscle groups strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. It is a challenging and safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements. All levels 🙂
