Synchronizing movement with the breath, Vinyasa Yoga is a fast-paced practice as compared to the other forms of Hatha Yoga. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. Inhalation is usually connected to upward, open movements, while exhalation is often tied to downward movements or twists.

Energizing Vinyasa flow to awaken your spirit. This class will clear your breath, build core strength and stamina. Designed to strengthen and stretch major muscle groups by synchronizing movement with the breath, beyond the physical benefits of a strong vinyasa practice, it has been proven to help calm the mind, reducing stress and anxiety. Vinyasa yoga also builds strong bones and muscles, helping us to maintain a high metabolism, healthy posture and an active body. Intermediate & Advanced recommended, but open for the curious and fit beginner! 😉
A gentle Vinyasa flow: awake and restore the body with stretches and slow movements, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style while props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle and meditative experience. This is an excellent introduction for new students and also great for the intermediate and experienced student looking to find a calm practice.
It is a dynamic breath-focused practice that utilizes sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuously flowing organic whole. The Vinyasa experience sustains clarity of focus and builds inner heat as it develops strength and flexibility in equal proportion. The result is improved balance, resilience and endurance.
Flow Into Nidra
This class will begin with a Vinyasa flow that will help you expand your breath and body. You´ll create new space in your body and move any stuck energy. Then you´ll be guided into a restful Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxed state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is also a form of meditation. Yoga Nidra helps to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve health, and cultivate your heart´s desires. This class is open to all levels.
Sunday Candle Lit Evening Flow
Sunday is a day for self love. It is also known to be a day of spiritual devotion, self reflection and setting intentions for the coming week. It is only humane to create and enjoy rituals and time for self dedication to start anew or finish a busy week.
Lit mainly by candles, a soulful vinyasa class that builds heat, strength and flexibility while allowing the mind to achieve a deeper meditation, enhanced by the darkness. Restorative + Meditation
A very relaxing and recharging deep restorative session. We will hold the asanas in a longer more supported way to calm the nervous system and impact the connective tissue and ending the practice with a guided meditation. Come load up your battery! All levels are welcome!
This class involves a sequence of yoga postures and alignment techniques that strengthen back muscles and help attain a proper posture, preventing and resolving back problems. The class is specifically designed for people who spend long hours sitting in one position and are prone to lower back pain and stiffness.
Brings together all limbs of yoga connecting breath, movement and mindfulness. The term is derived from the Sanskrit ha, meaning “sun,” and tha, meaning “moon” and the practice aims to unite these two energies. Hatha yoga uses physical alignment and breathing control to achieve an equilibrium between the body and mind. It builds physical strength, physiological health and emotional well-being. A great way to start your day but to finish as well! All levels.
Yin is a meditative asana practice in which you unwind and relax by connecting yourself more to your authentic self. Yin is the balancing practice of Yang style (all dynamic, strong, fast-paced yoga) working with meridians a.k.a energy channels, targeting the connective tissue. In yin yoga poses are held longer to target the fascia/connective tissue. All levels.
YIN & YANG
This class combines both yin and yang elements of yoga: you get to work on the connective tissue and on the muscles in 1 class! It is a combination of active moving and slowly releasing into floor-based poses of yin yoga that you will hold for 3-5 minutes. All levels.
