New to Yoga

Let us guide you towards your yogic path!

You don’t need to be flexible or strong to start practicing yoga. The more you practice, the more improvement you will notice with each session.

You can find a variety of classes every day so feel free to check out our schedule.

Multiple studies have confirmed the many mental and physical benefits of yoga: it helps to enhance your health, increase strength and flexibility and reduce symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety.

Becoming a yogi at Flink:

If you’ve never done yoga before, you should try starting with more gentle classes: Hatha, Gentle flow, Yin, Yin &Yang, Meditation and Restorative. You can always write us an e-mail or come over and have a chat with us!

Yogi fundamentals: if you wish to get a deeper knowledge and learn the fundamentals of yoga practice, you can join our Yoga 101 workshop that takes place once a month.

Tips before coming to class

Please try not to eat something heavy two hours before your session.

What to wear: whatever will allow you to be comfortable during your practice and can easily move your body in.

What to bring: yourself! if you wish a water bottle and towel if you sweat easily. Although, we have a water tank and tea for you after class.

What to expect: good vibes! Silent moments, deep breathing, self love and lots of smiles.
